Our Courses
All the classes are one on one in-person or online or we can create your own group for your friends, family members, or co-workers. The courses are divided into 3, 6, or 9 levels depending on the language you will choose. Each level takes 50 hours to be completed.
If you have studied the language before, we recommend you take a placement test with us in order to start classes at the appropriate level (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced).
Please note you need to call 24 hours in advance for an appointment for a placement test. The cost of the placement test is $ 50 dollars. After 50 hours, the students take a test and if they pass, they will get a diploma and move on to the next level.
There are two options of courses which the student can choose from:
- Two (2) classes of 1hr 30 min. (total of 3 hours a week)
- The student can have their classes from Monday through Saturday anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- It takes about four (4) months to complete a level.
- Two (2) hours a day from Monday through Friday (total of 10 hours a week)
- The student can have their classes anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- The intensive course takes five (5) weeks to be completed.
Methodology
The goal at Language Success is to have the student practice conversation as much as possible.
Teachers are trained to speak only the language being taught during class. Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Listening are taught during classes except for the “Conversational Only Class.”
All classrooms at Language Success are equipped with audio, video and maps, thus creating an excellent learning environment.
ESL
For English training at Language Success we use the “Interchange” method. We have found this method to be the best available independent English Methodology.
“Interchange” combines classroom interaction, along with audio and visual learning. In addition, it includes a take-home workbook and audio CD. This is one of the worlds most successful English courses for adults and young learners, from beginning to advanced levels.
“Interchange” is divided by six levels. Each level takes approximately 50 hours to be completed. A diploma of completion is awarded for completing a level.
